Appliance Removal

That dead fridge in the basement, the washer that quit mid-cycle, the water heater rusting in the garage — we disconnect them, carry them out without tearing up your floors, and recycle every pound free of charge.

What this service entails

Big, Heavy, Gone — Without the Damage

Appliances are the worst kind of junk: too heavy to move, too bulky for the curb, and full of materials a landfill shouldn’t get. Our two-person crews do this run every day — we shut off water and gas lines safely, dolly units out through tight doorways and stairwells, and leave the space broom-clean.

Refrigerants are recovered to code, compressors and motors go to metal recycling, and any unit with resale life is diverted for reuse. Landlords love us at turnover time: one call clears every dead appliance from every unit, usually within days, for exactly zero dollars.

The process

How an Appliance Pickup Goes

01

List the Units

Tell us what’s dead and where it sits — basement, second floor, garage. Photos help us bring the right dollies.

02

We Disconnect & Carry

Hookups are capped safely and the crew dollies everything out — stairs included — without scuffing floors or trim.

03

Recycled Right

Refrigerants recovered, metals recycled, reusable units diverted. You get the floor space back the same day.

Appliance questions

Quick Answers

Yes. We recover refrigerant to code before the unit is recycled, so you don’t need to hire an HVAC tech first. Just leave the fridge plugged or unplugged — either is fine.

That’s most of what we do. Stair-climbing dollies, door protection, and two-person crews mean second floors and tight Michigan basements are no problem.

Absolutely. Send one list across all your units and we’ll clear them in a single route, usually within the same week — free, with a receipt for every address.
