Demolition Metal

Tear-outs leave the metal behind: rebar in the slab, framing in the walls, copper in every run. We pull it, separate it, and haul it free — so your demo stays on schedule and the dumpster stays small.

What this service entails

Demo Debris, Minus the Metal

Contractors know the math: every ton of metal that rides to the landfill in a mixed dumpster is money burned twice — once in dump fees, once in lost scrap value. Our crews work alongside your demo, pulling rebar, studs, joist hangers, roofing, and copper as the structure comes down.

Flippers and landlords get the same treatment on whole-house guts: cast-iron tubs, steel siding, chain-link, and garage fulls of mystery metal, gone before the rebuild starts. Copper and brass grades pay out; everything else rides free. Your site stays walkable, your dumpster bill drops, and the schedule holds.

The process

How a Demo Cleanup Goes

01

Time It to the Demo

Share your demo schedule and we slot metal pulls between phases — first pass, mid-job, and final sweep.

02

Pull & Separate

Crews strip metal as the structure opens up, grading copper, steel, and aluminum into full-value loads.

03

Haul, Pay, Sweep

Metal rides free to the recycler, payable grades earn a check, and a magnet sweep leaves the site safe.

Demolition questions

Quick Answers

Yes — phased pulls are the whole point. We clear metal between your phases so piles never block the next trade, with same-week and next-day pulls when the schedule compresses.

You do, for the payable grades. Copper, brass, and aluminum are weighed and paid to whoever owns the job — usually the GC or the property owner. The haul itself is always free.

Metal only — that focus is exactly why the pickup is free. We’ll happily recommend a straight-line demo hauler for the wood, drywall, and concrete, and we coordinate timing with them.
