Appliance Warehouse Lot
Royal Oak · Appliance Removal · Twenty-four dead white goods from a storage-unit cleanout — out the door, down the ramp, and recycled in a single day.
The Job
A property manager inherited ten storage units packed with dead appliances from a scrapped rent-to-own route — washers, dryers, fridges, and stoves stacked two deep with no walkway between them. The facility needed the units rentable by month’s end, and no standard hauler would touch sealed-system fridges without a surcharge per unit.
We staged it like a pit crew: one team dollied units to the roll door, one team loaded and stacked the box truck, and a third handled refrigerant recovery on the fridges as they came out. Twenty-four units left the building by 4pm. The manager got a per-address receipt, the steel and motors went to licensed recycling, and the final invoice was — as always — zero.
